- Cool Fish: This teal-colored fish, most often referred to as Harold, keeps his hands in his pockets and his attitude dialed to max unimpressed. First appearing in the classic episode “Band Geeks” (Season 2, Episode 15b) and again in “Squirrel Jokes” (Season 2, Episode 12b), he’s best known for his legendary side-eye and deadpan demeanor.
- Limp Fish: A red fish in a blue T-shirt, Limp Fish first shows up in “Ripped Pants” (Season 1, Episode 2b), witnessing SpongeBob’s dramatic comedic downfall. With a perpetually unimpressed expression, he’s a fan favorite for his total disinterest in the chaos around him.
- Dazed Fish: Rocking a purple polo and holding a drink like he’s just trying to survive the day, Dazed Fish also appears in “Ripped Pants.” Brown, wide-eyed, and totally spaced out, he looks like he’s either deep in thought or completely lost.

- Flat Fish: Seen completely passed out with his tongue hanging out in the episode “SpongeGuard on Duty” (Season 3, Episode 4b). Wearing green spotted swim trunks and lying face-down, Flat Fish is the dramatic beach day energy you didn’t know you needed.
- Working Fish: Shirtless, holding a stack of papers under one arm, and wearing classic blue jeans, this green fish is on his way to work and very much over it. He first appeared in “Valentine’s Day” (Season 1, Episode 16b), giving off strong “don’t talk to me before coffee” vibes.
